Our Warranty Policy
Warranty covers only functional issues, excluding physical components like the battery, housing, power cables, and input pins. It is void under the following conditions:
1. Modification or disassembly.
2. Damage from accidental or man-made causes, such as liquid exposure, falling, unsuitable voltage, excessive pressure, or main board deformation. This includes damage to the power adapter or cable.
3. Incorrect installation, use, maintenance, or storage.
4. Product model or serial number discrepancies with the actual item sold.
5. Absence of a valid invoice, or if the purchase cannot be proven to be within the warranty period.
6. Expiration of the warranty period.
7. Damage from Force Majeure events (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
8. Tampered warranty seals or stickers.
9. Normal wear and tear, such as on charging cables or connectors.
10. Failure to return the product in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough examination and promptly inform you via email whether you qualify for a refund or a replacement due to the identified defect. If you are eligible for either a replacement or a refund, we will proceed with the necessary steps. In the case of a refund, it will be processed through a bank transfer, and we will require the relevant details from you for this purpose. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this process.
Our Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the Sri Lanka.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
